Red Dead Redemption 2’s new gameplay trailer features first person mode
Rockstar Games have released a second gameplay trailer ahead of the release of Red Dead Redemption 2.
The trailer, which was released on Monday, October 1, is made up exclusively of clips taken from actual gameplay, and gives fans a look at the latest offering from Rockstar before it’s release.
Teased in the video is the inclusion of first person mode, which will allow players to play through the eyes of the game’s main character, Arthur Morgan, in what Rockstar describe as their “most ambitious open-world experience to date”.
Along with first person mode, Red Dead Redemption 2 will also feature the classic third person view, along with a special cinematic camera angle that will give players some beautiful views of the scenery in the game.
Rockstar also announced the inclusion of heists and robberies, that will act similarly to hiests in Grand Theft Auto V. You and a group can team up to rob banks, stores, trains or random civilians as you make your way across the Wild West.
Rockstar also revealed improvements to the Dead Eye aiming system, and the news that actions you take against in game characters may come back to bite you, as they will remember you and the things that you have done.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will release for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on Friday, October 26.
