xQc returns to streaming Overwatch after being banned for “toxic behavior”

Streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is back playing Overwatch on his main account for one of the first times since being suspended in 2018.

The former Dallas Fuel player hinted on Twitter that “Today was the day”, before beginning his placement matches a few hours later.

He’s streamed Overwatch occasionally on another Twitch account but has mostly stayed away from the game, apart from completing his Season 13 placement matches on stream.

Since he’s been away from Overwatch, xQc has played a variety of games and done mostly some Just Chatting streams for viewers, but his return to Overwatch is drawing in more viewers than he’s seen on average in the last few months.

xQc hasn’t said he’s going to play anything more than the Season 14 placement matches, but plenty of fans seem happy to see him streaming Overwatch again.

The suspension in 2018 was for “toxic behavior” and at the time xQc said he was done with the game.

He seemed to stick to that for a few months, although he did play occasionally on an alternate Twitch account and finished his Season 13 placement matches at the end of the season.

Despite what he said, xQc is back playing Overwatch, but how long he decides to stick with it remains to be seen.
