The most popular streamer in the world, Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, and his wife (and manager) Jessica “JGhosty”, took their combined influence to the world of education on May 2nd, teaming up with former First Lady Michelle Obama.

As the top streamer and Fortnite player in the world, former professional Halo player Ninja undoubtedly has no shortage of influencer opportunities and invitations to speak at events and conferences.

His wife, JGhosty, a popular streamer in her own right, also acts as Ninja’s manager and both participated in the event focused on inspiring young people in the United States to pursue higher education.

The event, called “CollegeSigningDay”, took place in Philadelphia, and Ninja was joined not only by his wife, but also by another streamer “Anne Munition” and Community Marketer at Twitch “Aureylian”.

During her time in the White House, Michelle Obama started the ‘Reach Higher’ initiative, which aims to “inspire every student in the U.S. to take charge of their future by completing their education past high school.”

And the former First Lady has continued her work in higher education since, with the May 2nd the first time we will see influential live streamers take part.

Ninja himself is a good ambassador for tertiary education, as despite now making a very healthy living from playing video games every day, he also attended Silver Lake College in 2009 and encourages his viewers to stick in at school.

And Ninja was mixing with the A-listers at the event, as a number of high profile actors and musician’s were in attendance.

Ninja also hung out with some of the Avenger’s cast, and discussed the massive movie with Anthony Mackie.
