Seasons 1 through 5 of Too Hot to Handle have given us endless drama, tension, and romance. The real question, though, is did any of the on-screen romances make it off of the show?

Does the show have a good real-life relationship track record? As of April 2024, only three couples from the show are still together. Two of these couples appeared on the show together, with a third couple being made up of contestants from separate seasons.

Are any Too Hot To Handle couples still together?

Out of the first five seasons, only two couples are still together as of May 2024.

Emily Miller and Cam Holmes

The first is Season 2’s Emily Miller and Cam Holmes, who are still happy together and recently revealed they’re having a baby. While the couple has moved in together and have a close relationship now, this wasn’t always the case.

Back in 2022, they temporarily parted ways due to cheating rumors. Specifically, it was alleged that Cam had cheated on Emily. However, the couple seemed to move past this obstacle and now seem to be completely smitten with each other as they prepare to become parents.

Kayla Richart and Seb Melrose

From season four, the only couple who are still together are Kayla Richart and Seb Melrose. However, they did endure a similar rocky start to their relationship as Emily and Cam did.

After a brief split, citing long-distance issues, the couple is back together and constantly shares photos of each other on social media.

Even though most of the couples from the series are no longer together, that doesn’t mean that some of the singles haven’t since found love outside of reality TV. The best example of this turnaround is Season 1’s Francesca Farago.

After her on-screen relationship with Harry Joswey fell through, she ended up dating Jesse Sullivan. The couple are now happily engaged and they are even expecting twins.

It’s also important to mention that a lot of the former THTH stars are going to be pursuing romance on-screen again in the highly-anticipated Season 2 of Perfect Match, so it is a possibility that this list could be updated with new formerly THTH couples.
