1. Sandy Steppes

Once known as Snooty Steppes, the new sand-covered POI is one of the best spots in the early game for earning loot and getting a vehicle. There are 42 chests in this POI alone, making it one of the most loot-dense spots on the map, and although there may not be Mythic Chests here, there are five vehicles for you to choose from.

Sandy Steppes is located at the bottom half of the map, next to another new POI for Chapter 5 Season 3 in Burtal Beachhead. It is surrounded by multiple vehicle mod locations. So, while there may not be a boss to fight, the number of chests alone will get you enough loot for you to take on the rest of the map.

2. Mount Olympus

Mount Olympus was a newly added POI location for Season 2 and remained unchanged with the new season. Thanks to its 38 normal chests and several vehicle locations around the outside, the location is still jam-packed with loot. Zeus is no longer roaming Mount Olympus to be challenged as he has been released by Artemis, who will give out a purple Harbinger SMG if you choose to speak with her.

Its location is still fairly central and has a less chaotic layout than The Underworld, which makes it easier to navigate and target your enemies or make a quick getaway. Overall, this makes it the second-best landing spot of the season. Just make sure you loot quickly and stay alert, as it has proved immensely popular with players.

3. Pleasant Piazza

Pleasant Piazza is yet another location that went untouched with the jump from Season 2 to Season 3 but remains one of the better spots in the game to land. With 32 chests and 3 Mythic Chests just outside the area, PLeasant Piazza is one of the better places to ensure you’re stocked up.

However, if you’re looking for multiple cars to take off with then Pleasant Piazza may not be for you. The location does offer three vehicle types but is more focused on getting you the loot you need. You’re better off at our number 4 for a more car-focused landing spot.

4. Nitro Drome

Nitro Drome is one of the completely revised locations for Season 3 and is one of the more chaotic thanks to its Monster Jam-style layout. At only 28 chests, this POI may seem lackluster in terms of loot from the others on this list. However, it’s the perfect spot to get your vehicle kitted out in every way possible.

The Nitro Drome is home to one of the many bosses that can be found around the map. Killing Ringmaster Scarr will grant you a pass to access her Mythic Vehicle which is locked away on the outside of the area. But if you happen to miss out on her Mythic Vehicle, there are still many cars and mods scattered around the inside and outside of the Nitro Drome to be picked up.

5. Reckless Railways

Reckless Railways is where the main train station, Grand Station, resides. Unsurprisingly, it still remains one of the most popular landing spots due to its central location and its abundance of loot. Even with the train now out of commission with Chapter 5 Season 3, there is still a lot of fun to be had at this location.

With 42 chests and six vehicles around the area, this is a solid place to gear up and go. It is the perfect spot between locations like Classy Courts and Mount Olympus, which have multiple weapon mods and Nitro Barrel locations to upgrade whatever you’re driving.
