Silver Wolf is a 5-star Nihility unit in Honkai Star Rail who has the ability to inflict weakness and reduce the enemy’s defense. Hence, she is extremely good, and building her correctly is vital to make her effective in late-game content.

Nihility is a very interesting class in this game. This class debuffs the enemy instead of buffing an ally. This means reducing any form of resistance on the enemy in order to enhance the damage output of a DPS.

Silver Wolf’s abilities function as brilliant debuff tools

Normal Attack: System Warning

Deals Quantum DMG equal to 50% of Silver Wolf’s ATK to a single enemy.

Skill: Allow Changes?

Silver Wolf has a 75% chance to inflict the weakness type of one on-field ally on an enemy. This effect will reduce the DMG RES of the enemy to that same weakness type for 2 turns. If the enemy’s weakness type matches that of the ally then the DMG RES will not be triggered.

Each enemy will have on 1 weakness at a time implanted by Silver Wolf. If Silver Wolf implants a new weakness on the enemy, then only the recent one will be triggered.

Silver Wolf has a 100% base chance to reduce the All-Type RES of the enemy by 7.5% for 2 turns. This skill also deals Quantum DMG equivalent to 98% of Silver Wolf’s ATK on an enemy.

Ultimate: User Banned

Silver Wolf has an 86% base chance to reduce the DEF of the target enemy by 36% for 3 turns. At the same time, Silver Wolf will deal Quantum DMG equivalent to 228% of her ATK stats to a target enemy.

Technique: Force Quit Program

Silver Wolf will immediately attack the enemy upon using her technique. Apart from that, Silver Wolf will deal Quantum DMG equivalent to 80% of her ATK stats to all enemies. Silver Wolf will also ignore the weakness type and toughness of the enemy.

Enemies who get their weakness broken this way will be inflicted by Quantum Weakness Break Effect.

Level 1 – Social Engineering: Upon using her Ultimate, Silver Wolf will generate 7 energy for every debuff stack on the target enemy. This effect can be triggered up to 5 times.
Level 2 – Zombie Network: When an enemy enters battle, reduce their Effect RES by 20%.
Level 3 – Payload: Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
Level 4 – Bounce Attack: Upon using her Ultimate ability, Silver Wolf will deal additional Quantum DMG equivalent to 20% of her ATK stats for every debuff stack on the enemy. This effect can be triggered for a maximum of 5 times.
Level 5 – Brute Force Attack: Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.
Level 6 – Overlay Network: Silver Wolf gains a 20% DMG boost up to a maximum of 100% for every debuff stack on the enemy.

The best Light Cone for Silver Wolf in Honkai Star Rail is Incessant Rain. This Light Cone increases the Effect Hit Rate of the wearer by 24%-40%. The Light Cone increases the CRIT Rate of the wearer by 12%-20% as long as the enemy has 3 or more debuffs.

Upon using a Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, there is a 100% base chance to implant Aether code on a target. This debuff increases the DMG received by 12%-20% for 1 turn. This Light Cone can only be obtained through the event warp.
