In the reunion trailer, Kyle was questioned about her relationship with Mauricio Umansky and whether she sees a future with him.
Dorit Kemsley and Garcelle Beauvais rehashed their feud this season after Dorit’s microaggressions toward Garcelle on the show.
However, the most shocking part of the reunion was when Sutton Stracke felt dizzy and started shaking, causing paramedics to intervene.
RHOBH fans predict why Sutton fainted at Season 13 reunion
On X, a fan speculated why Sutton may have fainted while filming the RHOBH Season 13 reunion.
“So it’s been revealed Sutton thought the view behind the reunion set was real the whole day and she fainted from acrophobia (heights),” they wrote.
“It’s actually also why they had to airlift her because she thought she was up the hollywood sign,” another fan chimed in.
“Her calling Avi for a helicopter on her lunch break thinking it was open air,” the original poster replied, joking about Sutton’s assistant, Avi Gabay.
New housewife Annemarie Wiley grilled Sutton about her medical issues on the show, mostly relating to her esophagus disorder.
When Annemarie took things too far and continued to talk about it, Sutton begged her to drop the topic and make amends so they can enjoy their trip to Spain together.
The RHOBH star had a much more severe emergency on the reunion set, and viewers will see if she’s able to make it through the rest of the taping or has to step away.
