Crystal Kung Minkoff shared how she felt about Dorit Kemsley calling her a “child bride” on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Crystal Kung Minkoff was slammed for saying The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast was “uneducated,” and received an interesting response from Dorit Kemsley.

Dorit called Crystal a “child bride” in her confessional on the show because she married her husband Rob Minkoff at 24 years old, while he was in his 40s.

To get back at her, Crystal shared a wedding photo with Rob on Instagram and threw Dorit’s marriage to PK under the bus in the caption, comparing it to her own.

Crystal slams Dorit’s “loaded” comment about her marriage

In an interview with ET, Crystal discussed how Dorit’s “child bride” comment offended her and why she threw shade at her on Instagram.

“I get that the show is designed to, you know, we’re supposed to be shady, but I don’t know why she brought my marriage into it,” Crystal explained.

“I’ve been with Rob for 20 years, I have one of the most successful marriages, and regardless of how long we’ve been married, Rob and I are great.”

She continued, “And so, I think it’s really rude and disrespectful to like, say something like that, which is very loaded. It’s a loaded comment and I’m usually very quiet, but don’t come after Rob.”

Although Crystal and Dorit didn’t get along this season, they had a chance to confront each other about their issues while filming the RHOBH Season 13 reunion.

Since Dorit is having problems in her marriage, fans feel that she may be projecting on Crystal to take the heat off her relationship with PK.

Crystal has spoken up and come into her own on RHOBH this season, but risked the possibility of the other women clapping back at her by saying something offensive.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m. ET on Bravo.
