Larian Studios has released another small but helpful hotfix for Baldur’s Gate 3 that addresses issues players have encountered.

Since Baldur’s Gate 3’s early access release in 2020, Larian Studios has been refreshingly open about its work on the game. This has continued past its full release on PC and PlayStation 5.

In the last month, Baldur’s Gate 3 has received various hotfixes and two larger patches that fix bugs and improve the game’s performance and flow.

While it’s much smaller than previous updates, including this week’s Hotfix 5, Hotfix 6 addresses some problems players were experiencing. Here’s everything Baldur’s Gate 3 Hotfix 6 changes.

What’s changed in the Baldur’s Gate 3 Hotfix 6 Patch Notes

Hotfix 6 is by far Baldur’s Gate 3’s smallest update yet. However, that does not make it unimportant. It may not restore 1,000+ lines of dialogue, add any brand-new endings, or implement any major fan-requested improvements like the ability to change a character’s appearance after starting the game.

What it does is smooth out issues players have encountered relating to dialogue, controllers, and visuals.

Although it may not be groundbreaking or game changing, it does reinforce that Larian is listening to player feedback and working hard to ensure the game provides the best possible experience regardless of where or how players are enjoying it.
