Fortnite pro and FNCS champion Setty joins Man City Esports

The FNCS 2024 Majors kicked off last month, marking the beginning of this year’s Fortnite Esports season. Experienced players from all around the world compete in Fortnite’s professional player category year-round in the hopes of winning the grand prize in the FNCS competitions.
The pro community in Fortnite has changed throughout the years, with new players like Anas and Bugha becoming famous after winning championships. Polish player Setty is one example when he and Kami became champions of the FNCS Invitational 2022.
Epic GamesSetty has experience competing for teams such as Tundra Esports and Become Legends. The professional Fortnite player is now a member of Man City Esports, the gaming team of the Premier League champs Manchester City.
Setty joins Man City Esports as a pro Fortnite player
Duo build keyboard and mouse Pro Player Iwo ‘Setty’ Zajac joined Man City Esports on February 8, 2024. He is the club’s newest Fortnite Pro and is considered to be one of the best players in Europe. The reveal was made by Manchester City’s official X account where several members like Haaland welcomed Setty to the club.
Setty will sport the coveted number 8 jersey while competing in Fortnite Esports tournaments, representing Man City. In an interview, Setty aimed his sights to win FNCS this year, after a narrow miss at claiming the win last year.
The Fortnite pro said, “We know there is a very big tournament at the end of the year which is going to be like the World Cup again so we’re looking to win that.” Setty also went on to praise his duo partner Kami, who he’s going to compete with again in this year’s FNCS tournament. He also shared an image of his Fortnite lobby, while wearing the Manchester City skin in the game.
