A Reddit user came up with a brilliant way to cross Loot Lake in a fraction of the time while using a Minigun and a Shopping Cart in Fortnite: Battle Royale.
Since its launch in 2017, Fortnite players have constantly been changing the ‘meta’ of the game as new content is introduced over time.
One of the most celebrated additions is that of the Shopping Cart, which is the first instance where players can traverse the map at a quicker speed than walking or running.
However, the Shopping Carts have spawned a collection of issues, with Epic Games needing to remove them a number of times in order to fix reported problems and keep them balanced.
Now that they are back in the game, players are finding all kinds of ways to use them to the best of their ability, and get an edge on the competition.
A Reddit user by the name of EllisN411 discovered a brilliant way to accomplish one of the most cumbersome situations in the game – crossing Loot Lake quickly without becoming an easy target.
To do so, a player must hop on a Shopping Cart with a Minigun, and simply shoot behind the cart which propels the Cart forward in a quick way, which can be viewed below.
