Valorant players want new Controller Agent after Iso release

Valorant players are calling on Riot for a new Controller Agent after the latest addition to the roster ‘Iso’ has been set for release.
Since Valorant‘s launch in 2020, we’ve seen a ton of new agents added to the popular first-person shooter. While starting with just 10 Agents, there are currently a staggering 22 playable Agents in the game, all with their own unique traits and quirks.
Now with the next Agent ‘Iso’, a Duelist hailing from China, slated for a release with Episode 7 Act 3, players are calling on Riot to introduce a new Controller Agent for their next release.
Valorant players call for new Controller after Iso
In an October 24 Reddit thread, one Valorant fan put out a question to the community, asking players what Agent they’d like to see next.
“Well, we just saw that Iso got released. What will be next?” they asked. “I think it should be as a Controller as Valorant has not released a Controller since a long time.”
Most of the community agreed, with many admitting they’d like to see a new Controller join the ever-growing roster of Agents.
“I would like to have a Brim/Omen competitor. Someone who can place the smokes precisely anywhere he wants,” said one
“Hopefully a controller as the role keeps getting nerfs,” another added. “Controller. I just hope it’s not another wall like controller,” said a third.
With Iso set for release with Episode 7 Act 3, it’s likely we won’t be seeing another Agent release for quite some time. However, a new Controller sometime in Episode 8 wouldn’t be completely out of the question.
