Monster Hunter Now Barioth & Legiana event release date

The Monster Hunter Now Barioth & Legiana week will begin on February 16, 2024, at 9:00 am (local time) until February 22, 2024, at 11:59 pm (local time). During this time, Hunters will be able to encounter Barioth in forest habitats and Legiana in swamp habitats more frequently than usual.

Monster Hunter Now Barioth & Legiana event requirements

Hunters will need to have completed the prologue to encounter both Barioth & Legiana. This means that even new players will be able to farm these monsters with just a few hours of playtime. 

Monster Hunter Now Barioth & Legiana weakness

Both Barioth and Legiana are weak to Fire elemental attacks. Because of this, we recommend building Rathalos/Anjanath weapons to maximize your DPS, capitalize on weak points, and drastically cut down your hunting times. 

This will enable you to hunt more Barioth and Legiana, further increasing your chances of securing those all-important rare material drops.
