Heat fans let Bucks star Damian Lillard hear it after Miami Heat’s lineup shut down the All-Star starter in their Tuesday night matchup.

Heat fans trolled Milwaukee Bucks All-Star Damian Lillard after Tyler Herro, Nikola Jovic and Jaime Jaquez Jr. outscored the 33-year-old point guard in a winning effort.

Lillard’s off night, 16 points on 5-14 shooting from the field, was not just any ordinary bad game. It just so happened to come against the collection of players the Heat almost traded to acquire him from the Portland Trail Blazers in the offseason.

The “Dame package,” as Herro, Jovic and Jaquez Jr. are now being heralded as, put on for Miami, combining for 55 points on the night. That fueled the merciless tirade that Heat faithful have gone on over the last 24 hours.

Heat fans take relentless digs at Lillard on X

Lillard not only had to deal with the 123-97 thrashing at the hands of the Heat and a terrible -25 plus/minus, but also a storm from Heat nation reminding him of his adamant stance on wanting to relocate to South Beach that went, well, south.

One fan shared a tearful Steph Curry moment as a way to get under Dame’s skin and add to the laughs that the blunder produced.

Another Heat supporter, @SeymoreDarry threw up crying emojis in response to a priceless Heat Nation meme that the NBA world couldn’t get enough of.

Miami’s fanbase has a reputation for loyalty and passion toward their city’s ball club and they put that on full display. They particularly loved rookie center Jovic’s career-high 24 points which led the “Dame package” trio in scoring.

After taking two losses to Lillard’s Bucks earlier in the year, Heat faithful will bask in this win for a while with their season series having concluded.
