Veronica Rodriguez is dating Jamal Menzies long-distance on 90 Day: The Single Life, and they are already experiencing relationship struggles.
The couple went on a double date with Veronica’s ex Tim Malcolm and his new girlfriend Luisa, but Tim and Jamal had tension with each other.
After the date, Veronica and Jamal had an argument because he doesn’t feel that she’s setting boundaries with Tim.
Veronica didn’t even tell Tim that she was exclusive with Jamal to avoid hearing his opinion about the relationship.

On Reddit, fans believe that Jamal was acting abusive toward Veronica on a recent episode of 90 Day: The Single Life, and don’t want them to stay together.
“Jamal was showing signs of being abusive. He is trying to isolate her from friends. He called her ridiculous and dismissed anything she said. He used a bunch of passive phrases, ‘Wow!’. He talked to her like her ideas were so insane,” the original poster wrote.
The same fan continued, “He tried telling her that what they were talking about, isn’t what they were talking about. He found ways to confuse her, ‘why are you yelling?’ He basically read from a book on gaslighting and used every tactic on her. Run Veronica!”
“Jamal is passive aggressive, mocking, and sarcastic on top of being unemployed. I don’t get why so many dudes on this show don’t work, no one wants that in a partner,” another fan added.
“I completely agree with you. Jamal is not a good dude. I didn’t like the way he was talking to Veronica, or the way he was trying to spin things,” a third fan chimed in.
While Veronica thought she was in love with Jamal, their latest fight could put an end to their relationship.
Jamal can’t handle Veronica’s close friendship with Tim, and isn’t willing to move to Charlotte for her.
90 Day Fiancé fans don’t see a bright future for Veronica and Jamal, and will be shocked if she takes him back after the way he spoke to her on 90 Day: The Single Life.
