The Insta360 Go 3 is one of the best action cameras you can get right now. This tiny camera usually sells for $400 at Best Buy, but it’s currently available at just under $360 for a limited time.
The $40 discount on the Best Buy price brings the effective price to $359.99. Interestingly, this is way below the cost of this camera on Insta360’s official store, which is listed for $426.99.
A unique, hands-free POV
GoPro has been the flag bearer of the best action cameras for years. However, Insta360 has, off late, come up with some capable action cameras to gives GoPro a run for its money.
The Insta360 Go 3 is one such camera. Thanks to some smart thinking brains at Insta360’s product team, its modular design has made the Go 3 the preferred camera for capturing unique FPV videos.
The thumb-sized primary camera, housed in a capsule-shaped body, can be magnetically mounted to your shirt, jacket or cap for hands-free capture. If you need a slightly more conventional design, you can pop the camera into the Action Pod to get a GoPro-like look and feel and add a flip-out touch screen.
Unlike most action cameras, which require you to spend a lot on accessories, the Insta360 Go 3 has almost all the accessories needed in the retail box. This lets you unleash your creativity as soon as you unbox the camera.
However, this versatility comes at a cost. The Go 3 can only record videos at a maximum of 2.7K and shoot still square images at 6.6MP square or 3.7MP 16:9 images. So, don’t sleep on this deal and grab a bargain while you can.
