When it was confirmed that EA SPORTS would be moving on from the FIFA branding and starting the EA SPORTS FC series, it sparked a few theories from fans about what it might mean for Ultimate Team.
With scope to do some new stuff, EA SPORTS has already introduced one sponsored promo – Nike Mad Ready – and there appears to be a Pepsi promo in the works too. In terms of non-sponsored promos, there hasn’t been anything new to this point. Team of the Week and Road to the Knockouts have both been staples of previous games.
However, that all changes with the Trailblazers promo, which is a bit like Ones to Watch but without the constant upgrades. Here’s what you need to know.
EA FC 24 Trailblazers promo: How does it work?
The Trailblazers promo rewards players who’ve started the new season in outstanding form. It won’t just be an upgraded rating. Players who receive a new card in Trailblazers will get a PlayStyle+ or new PlayStyles. This’ll be a new one if they already had one previously.
Jude Bellingham, who has scored 10 goals in his first 10 games for Real Madrid, has been highlighted as one of the players getting a new card. His Trailblazers PlayStyle+ will be Technical rather than his usual Relentless ability.

On October 13, EA revealed the full Trailblazers promo team, featuring the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Mohamed Salah, and Caroline Graham Hansen.

On October 20, EA Sports officially confirmed the players that will be in Team 2 of Trailblazers. Among those names include Harry Kane, Andrew Robertson, and Marquinhos.

Additionally, the FUT team added an 86 OVR Trailblazers Exequiel Palacios via an Objectives challenge and a Julian Alvarez via SBC.
