Misfits Boxing threatened to cancel Dillon Danis and Logan Paul’s upcoming boxing match if Danis didn’t delete a leaked image of Nina Agdal that he posted on X.

Dillon Danis and Logan Paul’s highly-anticipated fight is set to take place in October — and it might be one of the most explosive influencer-boxing events yet, thanks to their ongoing feud on social media.

For weeks now, Danis has been posting about Logan Paul’s fiance, Danish model Nina Agdal. He’s shared photos of her posing alongside rich and famous men with the implication that she’s slept with them, as well as pictures of the model wearing scant clothing or in the nude.

This has resulted in a slew of harassment toward Agdal — and she finally hit back at Danis with a full-fledged lawsuit on September 6.

Nina Agdal faced harassment online from Dillon Danis following her engagement to Logan Paul.

In the lawsuit, Agdal claimed she suffered “humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm” as a result of Danis’s incessant posting about her, and even alleged that one of his posts broke federal and state law.

That’s not all; court documents also state that Danis posted a photo of Nina with “full frontal nudity,” which he didn’t delete until Misfits Boxing strong-armed him into doing so with the threat of canceling his fight with Paul if he didn’t comply.

“At some point thereafter, Danis reluctantly deleted the post containing the photograph,” point 32 from Agdal’s lawsuit reads. “Misfits Boxing, the promoter of Danis’s fight with Paul, directed Danis to delete the post and threatened to cancel the fight unless he complied.”

The photo in question was reportedly taken during a romantic encounter more than ten years ago and was taken without Agdal’s consent, as per the suit.

“By the time the photo was deleted, it had been viewed hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of times, and had been saved and re-shared an untold number of times,” the suit reads.

Danis additionally made mention of their fight potentially getting canceled in his initial tweet about the lawsuit, saying in his post: “The fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail. This is actually wild, but I won’t stop f**k the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking.”

Agdal is seeking up to $150,000 in damages and has asked a judge to bar Danis from posting about her moving forward.
