Food delivery apps like Uber Eats and DoorDash have become more and more common in the contemporary world. With the massive amount of convenience they provide, it’s no surprise users would rather enjoy a night in and have the food delivered than head out themselves.
With the rise in food delivery apps have come hilarious stories from both the deliverer and the person ordering the food. These stories are often shared on social media, where users will add their own two cents on the matter.
Now a DoorDasher has gone viral for taking an unbelievably awkward photo whilst delivering their food, capturing someone running down the stairs in their underwear by accident.

The individual who ordered the food shared the photo on Twitter and expressed their utter bewilderment at the situation.
“HOW DID MY DOORDASHER PERFECTLY CATCH ME WALKING DOWN THE STAIRS IN MY UNDERWEAR THROUGH THE WINDOW THIS IS SICK”
As shown in the image the DoorDasher was clearly trying to take a photo of the food as proof that it had been correctly delivered, clearly unaware there was an individual running down to grab said food. Of course, that individual just happened to be half naked while doing so, embarrassing themselves and the Dasher in the process.
Users on Twitter complimented the photography of the Dasher, claiming the image was “art”.
“I’m sorry but this is Art” they proclaimed. “Hang this in the Louvre” another added.
Others chimed in with their own strategies to avoid this awkward occurrence.
“This is exactly why you army crawl to the window ledge…. Peak out with the utmost caution and confirm the enemy vehicle is exiting the AO before securing the package.”
