KFC worker squares up against customer after they demand refund

A female KFC worker tried to square up against a male customer after he demanded a refund.

TikToker Volume Up reposted a now-viral video of a KFC worker trying to physically fight a customer.

What was alarming about the situation was that the worker was female and the customer was a male. However, that did not matter to either of them.

Viewers of the video have since called out the KFC worker for being too “aggressive.”

Bystanders threaten to call the police 

Saying that he was given the wrong sandwich, the KFC customer demanded a refund. However, the worker said the fast-food chain didn’t give refunds on food.

Though she could have re-made him the sandwich he ordered, the worker began yelling at the customer. “Excuse me, what you’re not going to do is come in here with an attitude,” the KFC worker exclaimed.

“I’m not giving you nothing back!” the worker continued to yell as she tapped her nails on the counter.

Though she was adding fuel to the fire, the customer was calm for most of their disagreement. However, he ultimately threatened the worker, “You keep getting in my face like that, I’ll knock you out.”

That’s when the worker, who is female, squared up against the male customer. As she raced around the front counter to fight him, others stepped in to prevent anything physical.

Viewers of the viral altercation have since reacted by saying the KFC worker escalated the situation. “The worker is egging him on. She should have given him the refund. She needs to go,” wrote one user.

“I don’t understand yelling and speaking to people like this, he didn’t deserve that. The food never touched his hands so she should’ve refunded him,” wrote another viewer.

Though a bystander at KFC said they’d call the police, it is unknown if authorities were called or if their argument continued after the video ended.
