Palworld player discovers Anubis’ strength after being kicked to new areas
PocketpairA Palworld player has shared the experience that showed them just how strong Anubis is after being the victim of a kick so powerful they saw new parts of the map.
The map of Palworld is large and people could spend hours exploring without finding everything that it has to offer.
Usually, it would take a majority of a playthrough to uncover everything on the map if a player were to use the traditional methods of traveling.
However, a player has discovered a good chunk of the map that they hadn’t seen after a violent encounter with an Anubis.
Palworld player sent around the world by kick from Anubis
The run-in with Anubis was posted on the Palworld subreddit, where the poster explained what happened after they tried attacking the Pal with a new rifle:
“… He sent me flying so far that I explored parts of the map I didn’t knew existed…”
The post has an image of their in-game map, which depicts a large, sweeping arc around the outskirts to show where Anubis sent them flying, easily covering half the circumference of the world.
Of course, the community loves it with one user pointing out just how powerful that kick must have been: “That wasn’t a roundhouse kick. That was an ‘around-the-house’ kick.”
Or as another user puts it: “… Anubis let you discover free DLC.”
Some people are even taking the chance to point out how the path proves the game’s world is not a sphere: “Proof the earth is flat.”
It appears that bugs like this are not that uncommon in the game, as one player shares that they had the map open up after they simply mounted a Pal of theirs.
It’s these kinds of bugs that charm the Palworld player base, rather than alienate them, and the community is eating them up.
