This toxic Pokemon can be quite hard to get, as it doesn’t spawn in the wild normally. Currently, the only way to get Galarian Weezing in the game is by defeating it in 3-Star Raid battles, so you must wait for raid rotations or special events to put it back in combat.
Luckily for players, during the upcoming Ultra Space Wonders event, Galarian Weezing will appear as a Tier 3 Raid Boss from May 23, 2024, until May 28, 2024, giving players plenty of chances to catch this Poison/Fairy-type creature.
Previously, players were able to get it as a reward for completing Field Research Tasks like “Win 2 raids: Timeless Travels” or Special/Timed Research Tasks such as “Glittering Garde: Timed Research – 1st part: Hatch 2 Eggs”.
Can Galarian Weezing be Shiny in Pokemon Go?
Yes, Shiny Galarian Weezing is available in Pokemon Go, as the game added it during an August 2021 event. Unlike its original gray appearance, the Shiny version has a brownish body but still emits green smoke.
