Barbie Pascual clashed with Fraser Olender about her behavior on Below Deck Season 11, and she’s owning up to it.

Stewardess Barbara ‘Barbie’ Pascual isn’t getting along with Chief Stew Fraser Olender on Below Deck Season 11.

Fraser felt that Barbie wasn’t respecting him as a Chief Stew, and claimed she had an attitude when he delegated tasks to her.

Captain Kerry Titheradge believed that Fraser didn’t have a good enough reason to fire Barbie because she’s good at her job.

Now, Fraser is trying to make amends with his fellow stew so they’re able to work together on the boat for the rest of the season.

Barbie told Fraser that she needs to grow up

In a sneak peek from the upcoming episode of Below Deck, Fraser pulled Barbie aside during a night out to call out her behavior and come to an understanding.

“I need you to understand that if I’m like, ‘No, this is the way,’ that’s not personal,” Fraser told Barbie.

“I like, I get it. I want you to know I get it. Okay?” Barbie responded. “I’m a spoiled b*tch, who gets everything she wants all the f*cking time. And I need to get the f*ck over it. I need to grow up. Like, who do I think I am?”

Fraser accepted Barbie’s apology and wanted to have fun with her the rest of the night, and she promised that she would change her behavior.

Even though Barbie had a rough start on Below Deck, she’s finally coming around by holding herself accountable for her actions and realizing what she did wrong.

Barbie also owned up to her attitude on Watch What Happens Live, and apologized for the way she treated her fellow crew members.

There are still more episodes of Below Deck Season 11 to come, and viewers will find out if Barbie keeps her promise or decides to act out again.

Below Deck airs Mondays at 9:00 p.m. ET on Bravo.
