Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 249 will be released on February 4. It will not be included in the 9th issue, which will come out on 28 January. Since there’s no break from Weekly Shonen Jump this week, the hiatus must be because of Gege Akuatmi’s schedule.
According to the latest interview with Jujutsu Kaisen editor Junya Fukuda, the upcoming chapter will be extremely shocking, so fans are already quite hyped about it. If the manga doesn’t change the POV, we might get to see the highly-anticipated fight between Yuta, the only remaining special-grade sorcerer, and Sukuna.
Yuta’s Domain Expansion also remains a mystery among fans, so this might be the only chance he will get to show off his powers. After all, his Domain Expansion was only teased during the Culling Game arc but was never revealed. There’s also Rika, whose appearance has changed quite a bit in the past year.
