Satoru Gojo’s biggest strength and weakness in Jujutsu Kaisen are the same, says Gege Akutami

Jujutsu Kaisen‘s beloved Satoru Gojo may have fallen in the battle of the strongest, but his popularity is only increasing with time. Recently, Gege Akutami answered over 30 questions about this character, ranging from his past, family, and hobbies.
Since the manga doesn’t reveal a lot of basic information about Gojo, the new Q&A session is a delight to Jujutsu Kaisen fans. A couple of questions enquire about both Gojo’s biggest strength and weakness in Jujutsu Kaisen, to which Gege Akutami gives the same answer. Longtime readers find this very amusing.
One of the questions was, “Born and raised in high society and recognized as the ‘Strongest’ by both himself and others, he seems to have lived without much inconvenience. What do you think his weakness is?”
Another question was, “What do you think are Gojo Satoru’s true essential strengths, beyond his innate abilities and biological advantages?”
However, Gege repeats the same answer for both questions, “His personality.” According to the mangaka, Gojo’s personality is his biggest strength and weakness. However, fans bring up a WSJ comment by Gege in 2019, where he says, “Something Satoru Gojo doesn’t have… Probably a personality.”
One fan shares, “When personality is your best value but also the reason for your defeat.”
“His personality being both a weakness and strength, when it was developed from the crushing pressure of being the Honoured One of Jujutsu Society, Gojo Satoru you mean everything to me,” shares another.
