Usher just spoiled Jujutsu Kaisen for every anime fan
CrunchyrollUsher posted a Jujutsu Kaisen video on his Tiktok account, which has unfortunately spoiled a significant event for anime-only fans.
MAPPA wrapped Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 at the end of 2023, but hardly a day goes by when the series is not in the news. Several fans keep track of even the tiniest things happening around JJK. For instance, a few days ago, fans were thrilled to learn that Bruno Mars had been reading the JJK manga. And now, Usher has paid tribute to one of the most beloved characters from the series.
The narrative of JJK is unforgiving, as each new chapter of the manga comes with a death sequence of significant characters. That’s because the sorcerers are currently fighting the strongest curse, Sukuna. Honestly, not everyone is capable of defeating the character who has been the biggest threat to humanity for centuries.
Even though things are getting chaotic in the manga, the anime-only fans do not deserve to get the manga spoilers beforehand.
Usher reveals his love for Jujutsu Kaisen with Gojo tribute
Jujutsu Kaisen is beloved across the world. Even popular public figures take time out of their busy schedules to watch/read the series. No wonder why JJK is considered a global phenomenon right now.
Recently, Usher cosplayed Satoru Gojo in a TikTok, where he was seen replicating the Infinite Void’s hand sign.
However, the songwriter and singer also received backlash from the anime-only fans, as he captioned his post with a spoiler that said: “RIP Gojo, We’re standing next to you…”
The fandom didn’t expect this from someone like Usher. The animanga fans were already familiar with their beloved sensei’s fate, but the ones who did not read manga were unaware of the tragedy. For anime fans, Gojo is still alive and is stuck in the Prison Realm.
While several fans couldn’t resist showing anger at Usher’s post, some fans love the series to the extent that they only feel happy whenever a celebrity talks about JJK.
