CWL announce monitor change for the 2019 Black Ops 4 season
Ahead of the first LAN event of the Black Ops 4 season, CWL has revealed a new official monitor for the 2019 season.
Monitors are a crucial part of any competitive esport and Call of Duty is certainly no different. As such, most leagues and big events partner with certain companies to provide monitors for their events.
Prior to the upcoming season, ZOWIE’s BenQ monitors had been the official monitors used at all CWL events.
On November 28, the CWL announced that ASUS would be the new monitor sponsor for the 2019 season.
We’re proud to announce @ASUSUSA as the official monitor of the 2019 Call of Duty World League season!

Specifically, the ASUS VG245H will be outfitted at every station during the Black Ops 4 season for the pros to use.
The announcement might have come as a shock to some, but MLG’s Adam Apicella assured everyone that these monitors have been fully tested for their inclusion in the CWL.
“This monitor has been thoroughly tested and we’re super excited to make this change,” said Apicella in a post to the CoD Competitive subreddit.
CWL Vegas will kick off on December 6 with the Play-In Tournament to decide four more teams for the Pool Play portion before the event begins in earnest on December 7.
