$20K CoD Vanguard Code Red Tournament: Results & Recap
Given this $20K Code Red was among the first proper Vanguard events, it came as no surprise that many elite squads were giving it their all. From the newly announced OpTic Texas trio of Scump, Dashy, and iLLeY alongside their partner Tommey, to Aydan’s stacked team with Shotzzy, Standy, and Priestahh, the event was overflowing with talent.
Outside of a few early forfeits, opening matchups started with a bang. We saw Team Blazt & Team Rated go the distance to a game five, followed shortly after by another five map affair between Team Almond and Team Aydan.
While the blend of strategic S&D action and hectic Hardpoint gameplay kept everyone on their toes, two squads pulled ahead as the bracket played out.

It was ultimately Team Aydan taking on Team UnRationaL in the Grand Finals. It was a back and forth battle all the way through to a closing Hardpoint map that came down to the final hill. As trades started to come through, it was Crimsix, Clayster, Hyrda, and UnRationaL that got the job done at the very last minute.
