Since the release of Modern Warfare, everyone from pros to casuals have been discussing which weapons they think are the best, the most powerful loadouts and the guns to get you going – but now the pros have discussed what they believe to be the most overpowered weapon in the game.

It’s been a common debate in the pro scene with assault rifle players believing that submachine gun players have been blessed with their choices, and the SMGs thinking the opposite.

So we took it to the best Call of Duty players in the world to settle the argument once and for all.

With players, coaches and broadcast talent from across the Call of Duty League making a case for each, it came down to two weapons: the M4A1 Assault Rifle and the MP5 SMG. But which one do you think the players named the most overpowered weapon?
