Fullmetal Alchemist remains one of the most popular anime in the world, and cosplayer ‘HoshiMedley’ showed off her love for one of the series main characters with a perfect recreation of Winry Rockbell.

Like many shows, Fullmetal Alchemist started life as a manga before making the leap to becoming an anime, something which propelled it to a worldwide audience who instantly became enthralled with the insane overarching universe that is filled to the brim with crazy characters.

It’s no surprise then that viewers around the world have chosen to show off their love for Fullmetal Alchemist by cosplaying as one of the many recognizable figures to come from the series, with mechanic Winry Rockbell one of the most popular choices for fans across the planet.

Winry is an exceptional mechanic who’s strong-willed personality endears her to viewers.

Winry is an incredibly talented mechanic, with her skills allowing her to repair a variety of machines no matter how difficult or complex the issues may be. It’s not just her abilities that make her a fan-favorite though, as her personality caught the hearts of viewers everywhere, with her strong will and empathetic nature helping her make tough decisions with difficult consequences, and look after Edward Elric.

Hoshi has captured the character’s instantly-recognizable look perfectly. Viewers of the show will know it’s rare to see the mechanic without her green bandana, which is wrapped around her blonde hair, with two strands falling either side of her face.

Elsewhere, Hoshi can be seen wearing the same black top with a white stripe down the middle and has her brown gloves on too, which she wears while performing repairs. The cosplayer finishes the look off with Winry’s trusty wrench, which she rarely is spotted without.

Hoshi has shown off other cosplay looks on her Instagram, from animes like Demon Slayer and Naruto, all of which look just as incredible as this one.

While Fullmetal Alchemist’s run ended over 15 years ago, it remains a truly popular anime, and still draws in viewers even today.
