The Destiny 2 Guardian Games are returning once more in 2024, here’s all you need to know about the event including the start date, rewards, activities, and more.

Destiny 2 is rearing up for another year of the Guardian Games. Guardian Games: All-Stars will be heading to the tower soon, filled with new rewards, activities, and of course, competition to see which class is best.

Guardian Games will also feature a new vehicle category, making this year’s celebrations particularly worthwhile.

Destiny 2 Guardian Games 2024 start date

According to a recent TWID, Guardian Games will be heading to Destiny 2 on March 5th, 2024. The event will run for just 3 weeks, with an end date slated for March 26th, 2024. This gives guardians ample time to head in and grind those medallions, ensuring that their class sees victory over the others.

In order to participate in the Guardian Games players will need to equip a class item and complete a starting quest from Eva Levante. Players will need to deposit Medallions into the podium for their respective class at the tower, with the class that has the most winning that day.

The class that has the majority of winning days will win the entirety of the event, and gain bragging rights as well as a commemorative statue to celebrate their achievement. Medallions can be earned by picking up and completing Contender Cards from Eva Levante.

Destiny 2 Guardian Games 2024 activities

Guardian Games itself doesn’t offer any new activities for players to partake in but instead rewards players for jumping into playlist activities such as Strikes and Crucible.

The 2024 version of the event also features Focus Activities, which will grant reward packages to the class that participates the most.

Players who partake in the Guardian Games for 2024 will be awarded a new form of vehicle called a Skimmer. On top of this, players can also grab the new Hullabaloo Arc Compressed Wave Frame Heavy Grenade Launcher.

Both weapons from previous years will also be available as drops throughout the event, making it a good time to farm with their revamped perk pools.

Finally, players can also grab Mementos when depositing Medallions, which allow you to customize the appearance of your weapons.
