Esports and entertainment organization FaZe are looking to bolster their crew, and are now hiring a Head of Talent Relations.

The position, as detailed by its job description, will require the potential employee to lead FaZe’s relationships with clients in a variety of spaces, including the likes of the gaming, beauty, fashion, and esports scenes.

Additionally, the applicant should have a Bachelor’s Degree and three to six years of talent management experience.

This job is not for the faint-hearted. Those seeking to apply should have already managed some of the internet’s top talent, including either popular YouTubers or major personalities within the gaming scene.

FaZe encompasses some of esports most well-known players, including the likes of Tfue, Censor, Adapt, and more. FaZe also owns the Clout Gang, which is comprised of major YouTubers Alissa Violet, RiceGum, and FaZe Banks, among others.

The job has some pretty great benefits – aside from getting to rub elbows with some of social media’s biggest stars.

The lucky employee will also get a 401K with multiple health benefits, stipends for transportation and education, and even an ‘attractive and competitive salary.’

FaZe has been adding more and more members into its fold recently, taking on a number of Fortnite trickshotters and adding five new players to its Call of Duty team. With Tfue and others moving into the new FaZe Fortnite team house, it looks like a new Head of Talent Relations is sorely needed in order to manage the org’s quickly-growing ranks.
