Dr Disrespect’s Apex Legends roadmap is so much better than what we’re getting
Graphics: Respawn Entertainment / G FUELApex Legends to the next level, and his plans could actually better than what fans are already expecting from Respawn Entertainment.
The popular Twitch streamer, who has hosted a number of Code Red tournaments on the battle royale game in the past, claims to have a plan that would take the game to the next level.
It’s worth noting that some of his ideas would prove popular with the game’s online community, but others might be, shall we say, somewhat unrealistic.
How would Dr Disrespect take Apex Legends forward?
The Two-Time was talking about the next steps Apex Legends has to take in order to continue to fend off competition in the battle royale market, claiming that a change in surroundings is necessary. But, that’s not all.
“They need to release three, minimum, maps with three, minimum, legends. If they could do that, they’d get right back into the ballgame,” Doc said before dropping in another suggestion. “Boom, ranked playlist. A true ranked playlist with all the goodies attached to it.”
Apex Legends tournament winners sent into space?
He’s not done yet. This is where it gets exciting.
“Working up to a three hundred and fifty million dollar tournament,” he continued. “I’m not done yet. The winner of that tournament gets access to the SpaceX program where they’re launched into space. I’m not fucking done yet.”
Then, in vintage Dr Disrespect fashion, he took his viewers through a story packed of speed, violence and momentum that only he could produce, where he suggested Apex Legends tournament winners should come back to earth on a private island.
While the Doc’s ideas sound amazing, as well as very popular among professional players and fans, you would have to think that it might just be a little bit out of Respawn’s budget.
