Do Survivor 46 cast members get paid?
Some reality shows pay their talent depending on their time on the show, this includes programs such as Single’s Inferno or Love Is Blind.
Other reality shows only offer prize money that contestants win at the end after going through multiple challenges, this includes shows like The Traitors or The Challenge.
Survivor, on the other hand, offers both. The winner of the show takes home prize money of $1 million while the runner-up gets $100,000. The third and fourth places get $85,000.
Additionally, all cast members receive a stipend for their time filming the survival show, which could be anywhere starting from $1,000 per week.
Survivor 46 aired on CBS on February 28 at 8 pm ET/PT and the episodes were made available to stream on streaming platforms including Amazon Prime and Hulu.
