Jake Paul evacuates Team 10 house ahead of blazing California fires
Evening StandardYouTuber Jake Paul has officially evacuated the sprawling Team 10 mansion ahead of massive fires in Southern California – and he isn’t the only social media star to seek shelter, either.
Jake Paul updated his followers on the situation in a Tweet on November 9, stating that the power in the Team 10 house had completely gone out amidst roaring ‘50 mph winds.’
“Update: My house has no power,” he wrote. “The fire is going crazy, and there’s 50 mph winds that could be aimed our house.”
He then followed up with another Tweet, announcing that he is evacuating the mansion to seek refuge at brother Logan Paul’s home.

Logan retweeted Jake’s post with the caption, ‘Fuhhhkkkk,’ to which many fans have responded with calls for a vlog of the experience.
Jake Paul isn’t the only YouTuber to seek refuge during the ongoing natural disaster, either: Shane Dawson has likewise fled his home, along with boyfriend Ryland and their pets.
“Me, Ryland, and the animals are safe,” Dawson stated. “We moved yesterday, and then evacuated right after. We’re sad but safe. I just hope everyone finds safety.”

Dawson replied to Paul’s evacuation Tweet, as well, asking that he ‘please be safe.’
As of November 9, three wildfires are blazing throughout the Sunshine State, destroying buildings and even taking out major parts of town Paradise, CA. A current count has listed five casualties due to the blaze, with many residents seeking shelter for themselves and their pets.
