A man has gone viral for his overjoyed response to being gifted adult-size Lightning McQueen Crocs… and they even light up.

Crocs, once criticized for their unconventional and ugly appearance, have spiked in popularity again after the pandemic saw sales rise and the clog gain new traction.

Now considered a fashion statement and a staple in the Internet Ugly aesthetic, limited edition and collaboration Crocs are highly sought-after additions to many people’s wardrobe.

In a heartwarming moment posted to TikTok, one man is going viral for his genuine reaction to being gifted some highly sought-after Lightning McQueen Crocs from his wife.

Kacey Bloomfield, who goes by ‘kaceybl00m‘ on TikTok, posted the video with text overlay explaining her husband had “wanted these [Crocs] since they came out” and that she had “finally found his size.”

Finding her husband on the couch and handing him a box with the iconic shoes, Kacey revealed she had gotten him a present and wanted to film his reaction. Not sure what to expect, her husband’s face instantly lit up once he recognized what awaited inside.

“Get the heck out of here!” he exclaimed, taking out the bright red crocs and inspecting them. “Wait for real? For real? No way!”

Trying them on with an enthusiastic “Kachow!” Kacey’s husband was delighted to discover the crocs light up, running out of the room while shouting with joy.

A follow-up video showed him sporting the Lightning McQueen Crocs at a wedding reception, ripping up the dance floor with the clog’s flashing lights for accompaniment.

Both videos quickly went viral, with viewers sharing their love for the Crocs and Kacey’s husband’s heartwarming reaction; “His reaction was priceless!!! That was a massive hit of serotonin that we all needed. I don’t think anyone watching could keep a smile off their face.”
