Logan Paul hits back at challenge from former WWE champ Enzo Amore

Controversial YouTuber Logan Paul has announced that he’s making the jump into full-time fighting, a decision that has since resulted in a major callout from a fellow fighter – namely, a former WWE champion.

Former WWE two-time Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore called out both Logan and his little brother, Jake Paul, in a video on May 31, where he challenged to duo to a tag-team fight against himself and fellow Ring of Honor wrestler Big Cass.

“Logan Paul and Jake Paul,” Enzo began. “You guys couldn’t fuckin’ lace my Jays, dog. …I think you guys got enough of a fanbase to sell out Madison Square Garden. Hands-on cash, Logan Paul and Jake Paul with the Nitro Circus. …You guys got the balls? I don’t think you do. All that drama, you ain’t never been hit with a chair, never been put through a table, never bled in a ring in your fuckin’ life.”

Of course, Logan Paul isn’t one to take such insults sitting down, and shot back with his own trash talk in a reply a few hours later.

“Aye showman,” Paul wrote. “You’re out of breath from being pushed up a hill… Stick to the fake shit or come to Encino & get worked. You or the bigfoot.”

While both Big Cass and Amore have yet to respond to Paul’s insults, this would be far from the first time Paul has had beef with those in the wrestling realm; in fact, Paul called out mixed martial artist and former pro wrestler CM Punk after his boxing match with KSI in August 2018 – a possibility that Punk ultimately denied.

“I’m not fighting Logan Paul,” Punk said of their potential bout. “I think this is one of the avenues where people will be like, ‘I don’t even know who Logan Paul is.’ Logan Paul is apparently a popular guy, but it’s not in any kind of avenue that I drive my car on.”

Logan Paul faced off with KSI in the boxing ring in August 2018 – a stint that sparked a massive passion for fighting in the 24-year-old YouTuber.

While UFC president Dana White ultimately denied the Paul brothers a chance at setting foot in the octagon, that isn’t stopping Logan from making fighting a full-time gig, after expressing a desire to step away from YouTube following his multiple scandals on the platform.

Paul is set to face off with KSI once more for a rematch in November 2019, although an exact date and venue have yet to be determined.
