Popular YouTuber Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson teased that he has “something big planned” for PewDiePie’s next subscriber milestone – and has since revealed a concrete date for the project’s release.

MrBeast announced this development in a Tweet on November 22, claiming that he will upload PewDiePie’s video on Saturday, November 24, after uploading a follow-up video to his most recent project on November 23.

“You nine-year-olds are so impatient,” the YouTuber wrote in response to a Tweet criticising his schedule. “I have another video dropping tomorrow, and then the video after that is the Pewdiepie one. Good things take time.”

The race between PewDiePie and Bollywood label T-Series is quickly coming to a head; the two channels are barely 100,000 subscribers apart as of November 22, and fans are calling for MrBeast to work his magic once more.

MrBeast’s previous city-wide ad campaign incited a major influx of subscribers to PewDiePie’s channel, which was nearly defeated by its Bollywood nemesis in late October of 2018. However, thanks to MrBeast’s efforts, the ‘king’ of YouTube gained a whopping 36,000 subs just an hour after the campaign went live, and has been soaring above T-Series ever since – until now.

While MrBeast has yet to make any major statements as to exactly what his upcoming video will entail, fans can expect “something big,” as teased by his previous Tweet on November 16.

PewDiePie has likewise called on MrBeast for aid, asking for “one more last, final push” in an episode of ‘LIWAY’ on November 21.
