NICKMERCS Gets Hit With the Some Hard and Fast Karma After Hunting Down Fortnite Stream Sniper

One of the perils of being a high profile streamer is dealing with stream snipers determined to cut you down.

Stream sniping is nothing new, but that doesn’t make it any less frustrating for the personalities who are attempting to record good gameplay and get sabotaged by ‘fans’.

100Thieves streamer NICKMERCS is usually cool, calm and collected when he plays Fortnite on the PlayStation 4, and he rarely lets stream snipers get the better of him.

For some reason when he was playing on June 7th, he took a particular dislike to someone following him in the pre-game lobby.

Dressed in the exact same outfit, Nick challenged his opponent to land at Titled Towers so that he could teach him a lesson.

Just a short amount of time into the round and he appeared to find the stream sniper, who as expected had landed in the same place as him.

Showing his superior skills, NICKMERCS shotgunned his nemesis back to the lobby and for a split second, everything in the world was right.

Unfortunately for Nick he failed to hear a crucial noise just moments before challenging his opponent, and was mercilessly cut down by the trap the stream sniper had set.

Posting the clip on Twitter, he left the simple caption ‘I was so happy’. Better luck next time.
