Shroud suspicious of Apex Legends opponent after “insane” death
RespawnTwitch streamer Michael ‘Apex Legends. However, during one game on March 4, the tables turned and he became the prey.
While his viewers may, sometimes, believe that he is cheating in a game because he is just so good at them – shroud is just talented. Like every player, though, he does run into actual cheaters who use their exploits to make him look like a complete mortal instead of a video gaming god.
That seemed to be the case during one of his recent streams as the former Counter-Strike: Global Offensive pro got completely wrecked by an opposing squad – in, as his viewers believed, a rather suspicious manner.
Playing alongside pals Tyler ‘Skadoodle’ Latham and Justin ‘just9n’ Ortiz, the trio dominated games of Apex Legends until they ran into a team who were able to see them off – with relative ease.
Shroud and his teammates were completely destroyed by the opposing squad. “That guy is insane, what the fuck” he said, after being knocked down. After being eliminated, he added: “Dude, that guy is insane!”
Before the trio left the game, J9 called out: “That was weird, I’m not going to lie,” with shroud’s chat adding to the drama by suggesting that the enemies were cheaters.
