Streamer Emiru steals the TCS show with scarily accurate Tyler1 cosplay
During the Tyler1 Championship Series, one fan decided to go the extra mile and debut a full-blown cosplay of the popular League of Legends streamer.
Besides being one of the biggest personalities in League of Legends, Tyler ‘Tyler1’ Steinkamp is also one of the biggest streamers on all of Twitch. As a result of all those eyes on him, it was only a matter of time until someone managed to cosplay as him.
While there have no doubt been many people who have attempted a Tyler cosplay in the past, it seems safe to say that none of them have quite reached the level of this one.
Twitch streamer and cosplayer Emiru delivered a spot-on female take on the wildly popular creator and did so during his TCS tournament in front of thousands of people. Slowly, but surely, she stripped down from her clothes and began to blend into Tyler1.
As an added cherry on top, she was able to debut a bald head and a muscle suit, complete with the now-iconic “Reformed” tank top. Once she added the blue headphones, it was almost a spitting image of the League of Legends player.
The clip of Emiru doing this has since gone viral and for very good reason.
The only thing that was noticeably missing from the cosplay as a whole was her screaming at the top of her lungs about something, but all we had to do was wait around a bit longer for that.
In fact, Tyler himself had a few things to say when he caught wind of what was going on.
“Who the f*ck are you,” he yelled. “F*ck is going on here? What kind of weird voodoo *ss sh*t is going on here?”
Emiru explained that she looks more like Tyler than he does, which is when he asked her to recreate his trademark shouting, which she tried to do admirably.
One thing’s for certain and it’s that this cosplay will be incredibly hard to top. Not many people go through this much to pull off a cosplay so we have to give credit where it’s due.
Who would have thought a female cosplayer would have been able to deliver the best Tyler1 cosplay we’ve seen?
