The Kid Laroi tricks BTS’ Jungkook into trying Vegemite in viral TikTok

In a hilarious viral TikTok, The Kid Laroi tricked BTS’ Jungkook into trying Vegemite by telling him that it’s “fully chocolate.”

Jungkook has vowed to get revenge on The Kid Laroi, after the Australian singer tricked him into eating Vegemite, which he promised was a chocolate spread.

In a viral clip with over 6 million views, the ‘Without You’ hitmaker introduced Vegemite to the BTS star as part of a ‘Let’s Cook’ segment, where he showed him “something that I used to eat for breakfast.”

“It’s just like toasted bread, butter [and] Vegemite, which is basically this Australian chocolate spread,” The Kid Laroi falsely told Jungkook, before letting him smell the spread. “It’s fully chocolate.”

He then took a big scoop of the food spread and put it on a piece of toast for the 26-year-old singer, who side-eyed him in response. “Now, I want you to take one big bite for me.”

Jungkook believed him and excitedly took a bite of it, only to quickly realize that it was not chocolate. “It’s salty! Wow!” he exclaimed while wrinkling his nose in disgust. “I got you, right? I’m sorry,” Kid Laroi said, before the BTS member told him he’s going to get “revenge.”

Fans react to The Kid Laroi’s prank on Jungkook

ARMYs in the comments were in hysterics over Jungkook’s reaction to the Australian food delicacy, with many warning The Kid Laroi about what’s to come.

“Oof. Jungkook has seven older brothers. His revenge is going to be on another level lmaaaao,” one TikTok user wrote. “You’ve messed with the wrong dude I’m telling you,” another warned.

“Damn he pranked the prankster. Love it!!!! Revenge will be so satisfying,” a third fan wrote. “Jungkook is hella scary when it comes to revenge. Lots of love & best wishes for you,” another shared.

Jungkook also chimed in, commenting, “I’m gonna take revenge,” to which The Kid Laroi replied “NOOOOOOOO.” He also took to Twitter to add that he’s “not looking forward” to it.

The two recently collaborated on the song ‘Too Much,’ which also features British rapper Central See. The track will appear on The Kid Laroi’s upcoming debut studio album ‘The First Time.’

Meanwhile, Jungkook is set to release his debut studio album ‘Golden’ on November 3. It will feature a number of collaborations with high-profile artists like Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes, DJ Snake, and more.
