TikToker in tears after revealing “terrifying” harassment story from gas station job

A TikToker by the name of ‘h8.k8’ has gone viral on the app after recounting her “terrifying” harassment that she received during a recent workday. 

Working at a gas station allows you to encounter a wide variety of people throughout your day, but sometimes interactions between customers and employees don’t always go as planned.

In h8.k8’s instance, she had a variety of “terrifying” encounters with customers harassing her.

She took to TikTok to share her story, which quickly went viral with almost three million views at the time of writing, and viewers flooded the comments with support.

Uploaded on June 25, h8.k8 explained that she works at a gas station and gets cat-called and flirted with on a regular basis… but revealed that she had experienced an even worse day.

“I don’t know what the f**k was in the air or that there are a lot of new people in Denver or what the f**k was going on but I could not handle it today,” she said. “I just got off work and I’ve been f**king crying. Let me tell you about every single thing that’s happened to me today.

“I was wheeling the trash out and this scary a*s man says ‘You need help with that pretty mama?’ and I said ‘No, I’m good bro.’ to which he replied ‘Just let me know and I’ll come back later’ Like that’s not f**king terrifying at all.”

She went on to explain that she had over five people significantly older than her ask for her number and multiple instances of people driving by and catcalling her, but the end of the night really “set her off.”

“I was clocking out and there was a man standing there staring at me. I turned around and he was making a very disgusting face at me.  I give him a weird look, and he goes ‘You need to lighten up pretty girl.’ I should have said shut the f*ck up,” she said.

“Then as I’m walking out to my car, these guys in a truck are driving by slowly, whistling and yelling obscene sh*t at me.”

Viewers quickly flooded the comments in support of the TikToker with comments like “no one deserves this.” and “Keep your head up I’m sorry this is happening to u girl.”
