Charlie Puth met his fiancée Brooke Sansone met when they were kids and reconnected in 2022 — but who is the woman that is soon to marry the ‘See You Again’ singer?

YouTuber-turned-singer and songwriter, Charlie Puth, began rising to fame in 2010 with his ‘Charlie Vlogs’ where he first showcased his talented voice, lyrics, and comedic side.

Puth continued to gain fans through the years with exposure from the ‘Ellen DeGeneres Show’ and a Perez Hilton singing competition called ‘Can You Sing?’ Not to mention, he had the likes of Adele giving him even more leverage in the music industry.

Though he kept his private life for most of his career, Puth revealed that he had been in a relationship with a longtime friend, Brooke Sansone, on ‘The Howard Stern Show’ this year.

The pair has since gotten engaged, leaving Puth to reveal his gushing affinity for his fiancée in an Instagram post. Sansone later reposted the photo dump to her IG, announcing their engagement to her followers.

Puth and Sansone’s relationship origin dates back to when they were children, as their friendship started after their parents connected on vacation. 

Though they didn’t stay by each other’s sides throughout the beginning of Puth’s fame, the two reconnected in 2022 when they made their relationship public via Instagram. A year later, they made their red carpet debut at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy Gala.

About a month after the Gala, Puth gushed about his now fiancée on ‘The Howard Stern Show,’ where he revealed nothing but sentiment for his soon-to-be wife, saying that he had fallen in love with someone that he grew up with. Puth even shared that it was “nice” to be with a partner that he has known for a “long time.”

He then explained his expectations with Sansone, saying, “She’s always been very, very nice to me. I would assume that when times inevitably are hard in the future — because what is life without valleys and peaks — she would be there for me, as well.”

Since becoming engaged, Puth and Sansone have posted a series of photos to Instagram displaying the couple’s elation as well as the beautiful diamond Puth used to propose to Sansone.

To caption their joint Instagram post, Puth wrote, “I flew to New York to ask my best friend to marry me, and she said yes. I am the happiest, best version of myself and it is all because of you Brookie. I love you endlessly forever and ever and ever.”

Who is Brooke Sansone?

Apart from being Puth’s fiancée, Sansone works as a digital marketing and PR coordinator at ‘Butter and Eggs.’ The company itself is a full-service design firm for residential spaces.

Sansone also has an Instagram account devoted to fashion called ‘Thee Closet Next Door’ where she posts male and female outfits for specific occasions.

When Sansone isn’t working, she’s likely traveling, as her Instagram is full of posts from all over the globe where she enjoys good eats and better company.

However, before becoming known as Puth’s girlfriend and soon-to-be wife, Sansone attended the College of Charleston in South Carolina. She graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in marketing. 

Though Sansone and Puth announced their engagement, neither have commented on their wedding plans. However, in their Instagram post, the two can be seen enjoying a pepperoni pizza as they celebrate their new journey together.
