Everything you need to know about the Fifa 19 Global Series – Schedule, rewards, and more
EA Sports/FIFA 19FIFA has announced that their FIFA 19 Global series will have more events and different types of events than previous years, and provided more information on what, when and where those events will be.
This year FIFA 19 will feature five different event categories:
- Up to 6 FUT Champions Cups, run by EA and major partners
- 2 FIFA Majors with the return of the FIFA eClub World Cup and the new FIFA eNations Cup
- 7 Licensed Qualifying Events run by some of the world’s leading tournament operators
- An expansion of our League Partner Events beyond the 8 that ran last year
- PlayStation Country Tournaments in up to 25 nations
There will be a FIFA Ultimate Team Champions Cup every month from November 2018 to April 2019, and these tournaments will offer the largest share of Global Series Points available.

FIFA Majors brings back the FIFA eClub World Cup this year as well as a new event, the FIFA eNations cup, more details on these events are coming soon, but the amount of Global Series points available are below:

In addition to Champions Cups, the FIFA 19 Global Series will have seven Licensed Qualifying Events that will be smaller. These tournaments will feature online qualifiers so players from around the world can compete and feature anywhere from 16 to 32 players per platform per event.

FIFA will also partner with official Leagues like Bundesliga, Eredivisie, La Liga, Ligue 1, Major League Soccer, and the Premier League to hold events, players in these events will be able to earn points for the Global Series as well.

The FIFA 19 Global Series Playoffs will be open to the top 60 players on the PlayStation 4 and top 60 players on the Xbox One leaderboards and they’ll be joined by the top 8 eligible FIFA Online 4 players.
