FIFA 20 Release Date Schedule | Demo, FUT Web App & EA Access

David Cotton

With the month of September now upon us, FIFA fans are eagerly anticipating the launch of EA SPORTS’ new title. The official FIFA 20 release date is September 27, 2019, however, those who have purchased a special edition will be able to play via Early Access from September 24, 2019.

With many exciting milestones still to come, such as the launch of the Demo, FUT Web App and chance to play this year’s game even earlier via EA Access, we have compiled a FIFA 20 release date schedule. In essence this will help our readers prepare and understand exactly when everything is expected to become available.

As mentioned above, the next big release in the buildup to FIFA 20 is the Demo. This will offer users a first look at a more polished version of the game. Around six days later the FUT Web App will go live, allowing users to open packs, trade and manage their Ultimate Team. A day or so in advance EA Access will offer fans a limited trial.

EA Access vs Early Access

Each year many FIFA fans seem to confuse EA Access and Early Access. Technically, these are two completely different things. EA Access is a subscription service which will enable members to play a 10 hour trial of FIFA 20 before launch (all progress will carryover). Early Access is simply an early release of the full game.

What is EA Access?

Are you excited for the FIFA 20 release date? Will you be downloading this year’s Demo, opening packs and trading on the new FUT 20 Web App and subscribing to EA Access for a 10 hour trial? We would love to hear all your opinions and thoughts regarding the above, so please feel free to get in touch with us via Twitter.
