Fortnite Pro DareDixon Shows the Power of the New Heavy Shotgun Buff

A new Season in Fortnite: Battle Royale has brought a collection of changes and adjustments to various weapons – including the Heavy Shotgun.

As Season 4 began to wind down, players and community members across the Fortnite scene braced themselves for Season 5 after Epic Games released a number of teasers over the course of recent weeks.

While Season 5 brought new map locations, outfits, emotes, and other in-game additions, various changes and adjustments were made to the title following community feedback throughout Season 4 for different bugs and issues.

One such weapon that received an update is the Heavy Shotgun, which now fires 10 pellets instead of 5, and is now a much more viable option in Season 5 than it was beforehand.
