KEEMSTAR Announces an Awesome Prize for Winner of New $5K ‘SaturdayFortnite’ Tournament for Smaller Content Creators

Popular Youtuber Daniel ‘KEEMSTAR’ Keem has announced an awesome prize for the winner of the new $5k ‘FortniteSaturday’ tournament.

Across the gaming world, few titles can compare to Fortnite: Battle Royale in terms of name recognition and popularity in recent months, due to its ability to successfully break into ‘mainstream’ culture.

With the casual community still going strong, many have inquired about the possibility of Fortnite esports in the future by running a collection of different tournaments and events, including KEEMSTAR’s ‘FridayFortnite’ series which includes some of the top streamers, YouTubers, and personalities on the title.

However, with KEEMSTAR wanting to keep ‘FridayFortnite’ for the big-name creators, he managed to create a second installment of the series titled ‘SaturdayFortnite’ with a $5K prize pool to help promote smaller personalities across the scene in collaboration with UMG.

Hours after the initial ‘SaturdayFortnite‘ announcement, the Drama Alert host unveiled that the winner of the tournament will get a spot in ‘FridayFortnie’ for ‘at least’ one week.

The first installment of ‘SaturdayFortnite’ is scheduled to be held on Saturday, June 2nd at 4 PM EST (1 PM PST, 6 PM BST), although, the full list of competitors has yet to be released.

We will continue to update the story as more information is made available in the coming weeks.
