Mindfreak Enters the Fortnite Battle Royale Scene With Talented New Roster
Mindfreak has become the latest esports organization to enter the Fortnite Battle Royale scene with the announcement that it has picked up the “Junior Mafia OC” roster.
Fortnite Battle Royale has quickly become one of the most popular games in history and a competitive scene is already beginning to flourish, even without the likes of private or custom lobbies being available yet.
With the recent announcement from Epic Games that the company will be putting a minimum of $100,000,000 into Fortnite esports for the 2018-19 season, interest in the competitive side of the game is now at an all-time high.
A number of the biggest esports organizations, like TSM and FaZe Clan, have already started to bring together some of the most talented players around and now Australia’s Mindfreak has joined them in that venture.
Mindfreak is best known for its Call of Duty team, currently competing in the CWL Pro League, and tends to stick with teams from the Oceanic region wherever possible.
This hasn’t changed with the Fortnite Battle Royale team as Mindfreak announced on May 28th that it has acquired one of the best rosters from the region, Junior Mafia OCE.
