SZA Fortnite skin rumors: Is SZA the next Icon Skin after leaked footage?

Fortnite Icon Series collaborations have long been a fan favorite, with real-life celebrities receiving their own in-game cosmetic skins and items for players to buy and equip during Battle Royale action. Icons include streamers like Ninja and SypherPK, as well as musicians like The Weeknd and Bruno Mars.

However, with the release of the Fortnite Festival game mode, more artists are finding their way into the game, appearing in Jam Tracks, emotes, and even unique Festival Pass skins. Most recently, the Lady Gaga skin was included in the Festival Pass as an Icon Series skin, and fans adored the entire collaboration.

According to an ongoing leaked video, musical singer SZA might soon be featured as a Fortnite Icon in an upcoming collaboration. Here is what we know about the rumor thus far.

Is SZA getting a Fortnite skin?

While there is a leaked video featuring SZA’s body scan in front of a blue background (the same color used for Fortnite skin backgrounds), Epic Games and the artist themselves have not confirmed or announced an upcoming collaboration with Fortnite.

In the past, musicians such as Lil Nas X, Juice WRLD, and Harry Styles were rumored to be in the game in a similar manner but did not have leaked videos as SZA does. Since there is no Jam Track that incorporates SZA, it will be interesting to see the musician emerge in the game during the upcoming Fortnite Festival season.

However, admirers of the artist are hoping that the video is authentic, similar to the leaked Andrew Garfield Spider-Man footage from No Way Home behind-the-scenes photos.
